Initially I thought of making use of it after few days and I kept in berao and went to bed but I couldn’t fall asleep due to different thoughts in my mind. Then, I took pyramid out and kept it beside my pillow and I just told to myself that this can make me fall asleep quickly. To my surprise I fell asleep in few mins and also had vivid and lucid dreams which I never had in my recent past. I felt positive during my sleep. I’m impressed with this.
