Description This Fabric is comprised of two pieces of fabric that are bonded and fused together to act as one piece of fabric. One layer is green and on the reverse it’s dark navy. The fabric is smooth to the touch, but also crisp on the drape and would make up beautifully as a overcoat or mac for example. Please note we cannot guarantee that this fabric is water repellent.
